Withdrawal instructions and voluntary return policy
Legal right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.
Exchange
Returning the received item is the fastest way to get the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.
European Union – 14-day withdrawal period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.
If you declare the withdrawal by email, please include the word “Withdrawal” in the subject line to ensure smooth and quick processing of your request.
You can use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Exceptions are additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be made promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For the refund, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. You will not incur any additional fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
After receiving the goods, we will check their condition. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning. In this case, we reserve the right to claim legally permissible compensation for loss in value and offset it against the refund amount.
You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless we expressly provide you with a free return label or agree on a different arrangement with you.

Voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return right of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal. Your legal rights, especially your right of withdrawal and warranty rights in case of defective goods, remain unaffected.
To exercise the voluntary return right, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. The goods must be unused, complete, with all accessories, with existing labels, and returned in the original packaging. We also require the purchase receipt or another suitable proof of purchase.
Please ensure that the original packaging is not damaged. Only transparent tape may be used on the outer shipping packaging.

Please do not return the goods to us without prior contact. Returns made without a prior return request cannot be accepted under the voluntary return policy.
If your return is accepted, you will receive further instructions from us for the return shipment. If we provide you with a return label, it must be used for the return shipment.
The refund under the voluntary return policy will be made after receipt of the goods and after inspection of the proper condition by our logistics service provider. If the goods are incomplete, used, damaged, or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return under the voluntary return policy or to make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damage, transport damage, and wrong items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the delivered item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to investigate the matter and arrange a suitable solution.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
Exceptions to the voluntary return policy
The voluntary 30-day return policy does not apply to vouchers or goods that are explicitly marked as excluded from the voluntary return policy.
A statutory right of withdrawal exists only as far as legally provided, in particular not for goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in any case.
Exchange
A direct exchange is currently not provided. If you want a different item, please return the received item according to these conditions and then place a new order.
Refunds under the voluntary return policy
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund under the voluntary return policy has been approved.
In case of approval, the refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be posted depending on the bank, credit card provider, or payment service.
