- The fan must be dismantled for installation
- The remote control must be paired to the new receiver (see installation manual)
- Important note: before replacing the receiver, it is essential to correctly identify the serial number on the side of the existing receiver

Wir besitzen 2 AE+3 Tri-Blade Ventilatoren, beide älter als 4 Jahre. Habe deshalb wieder mit Hr. Mücke Kontakt aufgenommen. auch diesmal hatte er sofort einen Rat und gemeint das seien die Receiver. Da die beiden Ventilatoren etwa 2 Jahre auseinander bestellt wurden, sind auch die Receiver unterschiedlich. Nach einigen Mails fanden wir dann heraus welche Receiver ich benötige. Der Kontakt mit Hr. Mücke war auch diesmal sehr nett und zielgerichtet. Unsere Probleme sind gelöst und wir sind sehr zufrieden, wie Hr. Mücke hilft. Bei weiteren problemen, nehmen wir gerne wieder Kontakt mit Hr. Mücke auf.
Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem defekten AE+3 Ventilator (Gerät ca. 5 Jahre alt, kein Garantiefall). Mark Mücke hat sehr schnell auf meine Anfrage reagiert, präzise das Problem analysiert und mir umgehend alle relevanten Daten für die Ersatzteilbestellung übermittelt. Wir haben noch eine weitere Klärungsschleife benötigt (was aber nicht an Mark Mücke lag), die ebenfalls mit Geduld und Engagement bearbeitet wurde. Super Service, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
